We earn commissions from some retailers
Some of the links to retailers on this site are affiliate links. If you click one and buy, the retailer may pay us a commission. You pay the same price as you would without the link. These links are marked sponsored in the page code, in line with Google’s guidance, and the buy buttons say where they go.
Not every retailer pays us
We list and show prices from retailers that do not pay us anything. If the lowest price is at one of them, that is the price we show. We would rather you could see the whole range of prices than only the ones that earn us money.
What the commission does and does not change
- It does not change our picks. Guides recommend products on fit, fabric, specs and use. A product is not added or moved up because of what it earns.
- It does not change the price you pay.
- It can change tie-breaks. When two retailers are within a couple of percent of each other on price, we may list the one that supports the site first. The lower price is always visible in the comparison table.
- Brands cannot buy a place. Nobody pays to be featured, ranked or reviewed here.
What the money covers
Commissions pay for running the site: hosting, the daily price tracking, and the time it takes to write and check guides.
Price claims
Prices are shown as at the last update and can change at the retailer at any time. Please check the final price on the retailer’s page before you buy. When we say something has dropped in price, we are comparing against our own tracked history, as explained on How we track prices.
