We are not a retailer, so we cannot accept returns, exchanges or refunds. Every purchase is a contract between you and the retailer you buy from, and their returns policy applies.
Check before you buy
Swimwear and goggles often have hygiene-related return limits, and tech suits can be hard to size. Before you order, look at the retailer’s returns page for:
- whether worn, tried-on or unsealed items can be returned;
- who pays for return postage;
- how long you have to return an item.
Your rights
Under the Australian Consumer Law, goods you buy must be of acceptable quality and match their description, whatever the retailer’s own policy says. If something is faulty, contact the retailer first.
