What the site is
Professional Swimwear is an information service. We show prices and product details collected from Australian retailers and publish buying guides. We are not a retailer: we do not sell, ship or hold stock, and any purchase is a contract between you and the retailer.
Prices and information
We work to keep prices, stock and product details accurate, but they come from third parties and change often. They are shown as at the last update and may be out of date by the time you view them. Check the price, stock, delivery cost and return terms on the retailer’s page before buying. Our price history and any “lowest we’ve tracked” or “drop” labels refer only to our own records (see How we track prices).

General information only
Guides are general information. Sizing, fit, fabric life and competition rules vary by product, swimmer and event. Check the product’s own details and your association’s rules (for example, World Aquatics approval requirements for your meet) before you buy for competition.

Links to retailers and other sites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content, products, prices or policies.
Content and use
The text, layout and price history on this site belong to us or our licensors. Product names, images and trade marks belong to their owners. You may view the site and quote short excerpts with a link back to the source. You may not copy the site, scrape it at scale or reuse our price data commercially without asking first.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the site or reliance on information on it, including decisions to buy from a retailer. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
